Hand Washing Recommended: Cool water with mild or gentle laundry detergent.

Machine Wash:

• Turn item inside out
• Wash on delicate
• Wash with no other items
• Use cool water and mild laundry detergent
• Avoid harsh chemicals
• Do not bleach or use oxygen bleach
• Do not use fabric softener
• Do not dry clean

Air Drying Recommended: Lay flat on a drying rack, or hang to drip dry.

Machine Dry (if you prefer):

• Use low heat or the delicate setting
• Turn item inside out
• Dry with no other items

Ironing Recommendations:

• Turn item inside out
• Do not apply iron directly to the design

• Immediately pat dry with a clean towel
• Stand the board upright to air dry completely
• Store in a cool, dry place, standing upright or lying flat with airflow
• Keep away from direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent warping
• Do not use the board as a trivet for hot pots and pans
• Avoid cutting extremely hard items, like frozen food, to prevent gouges
• Polish periodically with food-grade mineral oil

Laser Engraving Care

• Clean with mild soap, water, and a soft, non-abrasive cloth that suits the base material
• Do not use abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, solvents, or aggressive scrubbing over engraved or color-filled areas
• Do not soak, unless the product is designed for water exposure
• Avoid prolonged extreme heat and direct sunlight, which can affect coatings, color fills, adhesives, or the base material
• For engraved drinkware, cutting boards, glassware, and other specialty items, also follow the care instructions for that product's material

Important: Color-filled engraving may gradually fade or wear with normal use and repeated cleaning. This is a natural characteristic of the finish and is not a product defect.

UV Printing Care

• Clean gently with mild soap, water, and a soft, non-abrasive cloth
• Do not scrub printed areas with abrasive pads, brushes, harsh cleaners, solvents, or alcohol-based products, unless specifically approved for the item
• Do not soak, unless the product is designed for water exposure
• Do not leave UV-printed products in a hot vehicle, in direct sunlight for long periods, or near heaters
• Excessive heat can damage, soften, warp, discolor, or shorten the life of the printed finish or base material

3D Printing Care

• Clean with a soft damp cloth, or mild soap and cool to lukewarm water when appropriate
• Do not use abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, solvents, or very hot water
• Unless stated otherwise, 3D-printed items are not dishwasher, microwave, or oven safe
• Do not leave 3D-printed products in a hot vehicle, in direct sunlight for long periods, or near open flames, heaters, or other high-temperature areas
• Extreme heat can soften, warp, deform, or permanently damage 3D-printed materials

Important: 3D-printed items are not food safe unless the product listing says so. Do not use them for direct food contact.

All Customized Products

• Avoid abrasive cleaners, prolonged soaking, harsh chemicals, and excessive heat
• Specialty finishes may need extra care. These include embroidery, appliqué, rhinestones, sublimation, DTG printing, UV printing, laser engraving, engraving fills, vinyl, and 3D-printed components
• Do not leave customized products in vehicles or other enclosed spaces where temperatures can get extremely hot
• If a product's own instructions differ from these general guidelines, follow the product's instructions
