• Immediately pat dry with a clean towel
• Stand the board upright to air dry completely
• Store in a cool, dry place, standing upright or lying flat with airflow
• Keep away from direct sunlight or heat sources to prevent warping
• Do not use the board as a trivet for hot pots and pans
• Avoid cutting extremely hard items, like frozen food, to prevent gouges
• Polish periodically with food-grade mineral oil
