Yes, you can order just one. We don't require a 12, 24, or 48-piece minimum the way many decorators do — a single embroidered shirt, one engraved tumbler, or a one-off gift is a complete order here. Bundle pricing starts at 12 units — single pieces are always welcome.

Every single Embedded Designz customer order is processed for you by us! All items are made in-house, by hand, and after you order it. We do not contract out our work to other companies, use a Print on Demand service, or outsource work to third party companies.

The standard production timeframe for custom apparel (your own design, embroidered or printed to order) is 10–15 business days. The standard production timeframe for pre-designed apparel, drinkware, housewares, and accessories is 3–5 business days. Production begins after approval and payment. Hey, it happens. If we haven't started artwork prep or digitizing yet, we can absolutely update it. Once it's been personalized, though, we can't accept returns—but we'll do everything we can to help make it right.

You bet. Custom orders include a free digital proof. The standard timeframe for your proof is 24–72 business hours after payment, and production begins after approval and payment. Pre-designed items ship as shown — if you add personalization, request a proof in your order notes.

We offer reliable shipping options through USPS and UPS. The standard shipping timeframe is 3–7 business days, and the standard expedited shipping timeframe is 1–3 business days. Once your package ships, delivery speed depends on the carrier and is outside our control.

Orders of $200 or more (subtotal after discounts) ship free via standard shipping within the U.S. Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated by the carrier based on weight, shipping method, and destination.
