Stitch Count

Stitch count is one of the primary factors in embroidery pricing. A clean logo with simple lines requires fewer stitches and less machine time than a large, heavily filled design with intricate details. If you're working within a budget, we may suggest small adjustments, such as reducing heavy fill areas, simplifying tiny elements, or enlarging small lettering so the design sews more cleanly. The goal is not to flatten your creativity into oatmeal. It is to make sure your design looks sharp in thread.

Hat Style and Structure

Not every cap embroiders the same way. Structured trucker hats, unstructured dad hats, foam-front caps, performance hats, rope hats, fitted caps, visors, and beanies all require different techniques.
