Before You Order
PROCESSING & DELIVERY
- Orders for the OC Early Childhood Center Spirit Store are processed at the end of each school week.
- All orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days after the weekly order window has closed.
- All orders will be hand delivered to the school and distributed by your child's teacher.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All Spirit Store items are made-to-order per your design, size and color specifications and therefore, no refunds or exchanges will be provided for issues other than manufacturer defects or quality concerns. (Please refer to the provided size charts and ensure you have selected the correct sizes prior to placing your orders).
